NextShelf connects to your Amazon Seller Central account via the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). We access the data necessary to operate the services you've requested, including product listing data, inventory quantities, order information, and pricing data.
When processing orders, NextShelf retrieves buyer name and shipping address solely to support your fulfillment workflows — generating pick lists, packing slips, and shipment confirmations. This information is:
All Amazon data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Access is secured through Single Sign-On with mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication. We use Microsoft Azure's secure cloud infrastructure with zone-redundant storage and regular encrypted backups. Our systems are monitored 24/7 and subject to regular vulnerability scans and annual penetration testing.
